Clinical Observation of Alprostadil Injection Combined with Danshen Injection in the Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective: To analyze and observe the clinical effect of Alprostadil injection combined with Danshen injection in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods: 100 cases of early diabetic nephropathy patients admitted to Shanxi Provincial People's Hospital were selected in this study.The patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Patients in both groups all received related diet control,hypoglycemic therapy,blood pressure control,and lipid-lowering therapy.The patients in the control group received alprostadil injection therapy,and however,alprostadil injection combined with Danshen injection treatment on the previous basis for the experimental group.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results: After the appropriate treatment,the blood lipids,Cr,UAER,BUN and β 2-MG of the patients in two groups were effectively decreased,and the HDL-C higher than before.The improvement of these indicators in the experimental group was better than in the control group.There were statistically differences between the two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion: Alprostadil injection combined with Danshen injection has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy,and the method is worth clinical promoting.
