Effect of Danhong injection combined with alprostadil injection on early diabetic nephropathy

Objective To observe the effect of Danhong injection combined with alprostadil injection on treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods We divided 159 patients into 2 groups.The treatment group was treated with Danhong injection and alprostadil injection,while the control group with alprostadil injection alone.The change of parameters of blood fat(TC,TG,HDL-C,and LDL-C) and renal function(UAER,β2-MG,BUN,and BCr)was detected after the treatment.Results The parameters of blood fat(TC,TG,HDL-C,and LDL-C)improved significantly(P0.05),while the control group had no marked difference after the treatment.UAER and β2-MG decreased significantly in both groups(P0.05),but BUN and BCr markedly decreased only in the treatment group(P0.05).The amplitude of decrease of UAER and β2-MG was obviously higher in the treatment group than in the control group.Conclusion The effect of Danhong injection combined with alprostadil injection on early diabetic nephropathy is obvious and is better than alprostadil injection alone.
