Comparative Analysis on Education Funding System and The System of Education Vouchers

This article compares the system operation of the of education vouchers from the perspective of institutional econ-omics,for the purpose of finding the similarities and differences of funding system and voucher system respecting their content,principal part,behavior characteristics,system performance and etc.,and therefore providing the education voucher system with supporting evidence.
