Abstract
From the perspective of school vouchers,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the operation of education voucher system.It aims at revealing the similarities and differences between the funding system and the voucher system in such aspects as content,behavior characteristics and system effect.The ultimate purpose of this research is to provide evidence to support the education voucher system.
