Abstract

Educational Voucher system is an innovation in the financial system of education. It offers some illumination for Chinese education. This paper attempts to provide a systematic analysis and study on e-ducational voucher system of higher education in several countries. It argues that voucher system is an effective way to solve some problems in our higher education. It offers valuable reference for the reform of financial system of higher education.
