Tension-free repair of adult inguinal hernia surgery clinical analysis of 30 cases

Objective To explore the tension-free repair of inguinal hernia surgery for adult clinical efficacy.Methods 60 patients with inguinal hernia were randomly divided into the traditional tension-free hernia repair group and 30 patients in each group,in which the traditional group with Shouldice repair method.Tension-free hernia repair group were slower by the United States Surgical Corporation Tyco Healthcare provides products(Surgipro Hernia-Mate Plug),that is,from woven polypropylene monofilament non-absorbent material.Results The tension-free repair operative time,blood loss,postoperative time to get up activities,postoperative hospital stay was shorter than the traditional group,by statistical analysis,Statistically significant difference(P0.05).Tension-free hernia repair group the incidence of complications was significantly lower than conventional surgery group,with significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion The tension-free hernia repair operation is simple,time is short,trauma,quick recovery,no significant pain,and complications and recurrence rate is low,the treatment of adult inguinal hernia is safe,effective and the ideal surgical worthy to be popularized and the application.
