Abstract
Explant of mature embryos of 4 different wheat genotypes was cultured in differention media to study the induction of the callus and genetic difference of plants regeneration from different genotypes. The results indicate that 2,4-D(2-4 mg/L) was more advantageous to the induction of callus differentiation.KT(1.0 mg/L) and NAA(0.5 mg/L) were useful to improve differentiation and regeneration of Shaan 253.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
