Determination on the Content of Astragaloside IV in Tongmai Huoxue Pill by HPLC-ELSD

Abstract

Objective:To research a HPLC-ELSD method to determine the content of astragalosideⅣ in Tongmai Huoxue pill.Methods:The column of Zorbax SB-C18(4.6×250mm,5μm)was used.The mobile phase was composed of methanol-water(80∶20) and the flow rate was 0.8ml·min-1.Results: The linear range of astragalosideⅣ was 2.08μg～18.72μg(r=0.9997).The average recovery and the precision was 96.91%and 1.27%.Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate and can be used for the determination of AstragalosideⅣ in Tongmai Huoxue pill.
