Abstract
Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of Paeoniflorin in Huoxue Tongmai Tablets by HPLC.Methods: The radix Paeoniae rubra was quantitative analysed by HPLC.The C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column was used. The mobile phases consisted of methanol and water(27∶73),the flow rate was 0.8 ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 230 nm.The temperature was 30℃.Results: The optimum linear relation of Peoniflorin was 0.98-7.35 μg,the average recovery rate was 97.52% with a RSD of 1.57%.Conclusion: The method is a accurate, recurring and easy to use assay for quality control.
