Abstract

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of Paeoniflorin in Huoxue Tongmai Tablet by HPLC.METHODS A Zobax SB-C18 column was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(15∶85)and the detection wavelength was 230nm.RESULTS The linear range for Paeoniflorin was 0.206～2.060μg(r=0.9999),the average recovery was 99.33%(n=6),with RSD 1.60%.CONCLUSION The method used for the determination of Paeoniflorin in Huoxue Tongmai Tablet is simple,timesaving and accurate.
