7909 in emergency room patients spectrum analysis

Objective:To research and explore the spectrum of emergency department patients of general hospital in order to provide a basis for nursing management and training.Methods:To analyze 7909 patients' sex,age,treatment time,disease and so on.Who were treated at the emergency department of the author's hospital form August 12,2010 to August 11,2011.Results:Male patients are more than female patients,patients in the winter and spring seasons are significantly more than summer and autumn.Circulatory system diseases,respiratory diseases,neurological diseases,digestive diseases and poisoning occur more frequently.Conclusions: Investigating and analyzing the spectrum of emergency disease can improve the quality of medical care,can show us how to train the emergency department medical staff,while still can strengthen the view of prevention,promote the development of the emergency department.
