Emergency treated analysis in 372 emergency-"120" patients

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of emergency120 on treatment level of hospital emergency depertment.Methods:Three hundred and seventytwo emergency cases were analysed.Results:The disease spectrum in emergency department was reviewed.The first 6 diseases in our emergency department were respectively trauma,cardiocerebral disease,coma,acute poisoning,heart stroke and tumor.In 372 cases,82 3% patients were cured,excluded some special conditions.But there were 103 cases which were anonymous person.This population brought new problem to clinical medicine and society.How to minimize its loss should be given special efforts to explore it.After treated through emergency department,39 5% emergency120 cases were transmitted to ICU,60 5% to the other special department ward.There was much more safety coeffiecient in cases treated by emergency department than that without treatment in emergency deparment,and also less disputes occurred.Emergency120 had very strong potential to treat the catastrophic emergency.Conclusions:Through analysis to emergency120,the clinic medicine and emergency medicine will be promoted.
