Abstract
Objective To explore the significance of application of transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy. Methods The data of 85 cases of early ectopic pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed, all these patients were examined with transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound scanning, they were mainly observed on uterus and attachment in both sides, and their results and clinical pathological examination were compared. Results All these 85 patients with early ectopic pregnancy were operated and confirmed by pathologic examination, the coincidence rate of preoperative transvaginal ultrasound examination was significantly higher than that of abdominal ultrasound examination, and their difference was statistically significant(χ2= 43.92,P 0.01).Conclusion The result of transvaginal ultrasonography in diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy is superior to that of transabdominal ultrasound, its coincidence rate in diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy is higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound, and it can better provide treatment plan, and improve patient's condition, prognosis and quality of life, and it has higher significance in application in clinic and diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy.
