Abstract

Objective:To explore the clinical values of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Method:278 cases with ectopic pregnancy in the hospital were analyzed retrospectively, every case received transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound before operation, and the results were confirmed by pathological examination.Results:207 cases were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy by transabdominal ultrasound, and 269 cases were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy by transvaginal ultrasound according to ultrasound imaging characteristics;the coincidence of transvaginal ultrasound(96.7%) is significantly higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound(74.8%),there was significant difference(P0.01);and the time of diagnosis of diagnosis of transvaginal ultrasound was shorter than that of transabdominal ultrasound. Conclusion:Comparison of transabdominal ultrasound, transvaginal ultrasound is the favorite choice in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
