Abstract

Objective: To explore the abdominal and vaginal ultrasound in early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods: 72 cases of suspected early ectopic pregnancy patients were detected by transabdominal ultrasound, the patients who could not be diagnosed were detected by transvaginal ultrasound again. Results: 72 cases of suspected cases,70 cases were confirmed as ectopic pregnancy by operation and pathology;49 cases were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy by transabdominal ultrasound, diagnostic coincidence rate was 68.1%;68 cases were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy by transabdominal combined transvaginal ultrasound detection, the diagnosis coincidence rate was 94.4%.Conclusion: The combination of transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasonography can increase the diagnosis rate of early ectopic pregnancy.
