Abstract

Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of hesperidin in Zhaqupingwei tablet.Methods The ODS-C18(Diamond)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column was selected,the mobile phase was consisted of methanol-acetic acid-water(35∶4∶61),the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the detection wavelength was at 283 nm.Results Good linear relations were achieved when the concentration ranges of 0.366g~2.928g(r=0.9999)of hesperidin,the average recovery were 99.86%,RSD were 1.71%.Conclusion The method is convenient,sensitive and accurate.
