The Tendency Towards Urbanization of Farmer Workers of the New Generation and the Research into Its Mechanism Innovation

Whether and how the farmer workers of the new generation can successfully realize is a dilemma the government meets.Based on the analysis of the fact that the farmer workers of the new generation face such double problems as returning to the countryside and melting into the cities,the paper maintains that urbanization of farmer workers should be the future developmental trend.In the process of advocating the urbanization of farmer workers of the new generation,the government should play a role,highlight the leading sheep role,and make concept,system and service innovations so as to change from the government of management to the government of public service and responsibility.
