Abstract

The farmer workers come into being owing to the implement of the household contract responsibility system and enhancement of the agricultural labor productivity force etc.More and more farm workers in cities make them to be new forces in the new rural construction.To exert fully the effect of the farmer workers can increase the farmer's income,enhance their qualities and quicken the process of urbanization.
