Abstract
The urbanization of farmer workers is the requirement of a harmonious society and it is the tendency of city construction.However,because of such factors as the old systems,the factors of cities and the farmer workers themselves,there are many difficulties in this process.During the construction of a harmonious society,we should abandon the outdated systems and establish new systems which are to be guaranteed by laws and regulations.Besides,farmer workers themselves should improve their quality and strengthen the interaction with urban citizens so as to achieve the smooth urbanization
