Abstract
Motorcycle frame is a main part of the motorcycle whose frequency property can be analyzed in its design so as to obtain its main order vibration form. This is very important to the research on the deformation of motorcycle caused by vibration. In the paper, the main order frequency and vibration form were achieved through Finite Element Method (FEM), and the results were verified by Modal Experiment. The conclusion of the Modal Experience shows that the model of FEM is right and the method applied in motorcycle frame design is practical.
