Abstract

Objective To study the clinical effect of omeprazole triple therapy in children with peptic ulcer. Methods210 cases of children with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into test group and control group, each of 105 cases. Test group used omeprazole, amoxicillin and clarithromycin; control group used ranitidine, amoxicillin and clarithromycin. Compared clinical results,Hp eradication conditions and adverse events a month after the treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of test group was 98. 1% significantly higher than 91. 4% of control group, the Hp eradication rate of test group was 88. 6% significantly higher than 59. 0% of control group, the differences were statistically significant( P 0. 05). There were no complications of two groups, fewer adverse reactions. Conclusion The omeprazole triple therapy has the advantages of higher healing rate of ulcer, radical rate of Hp and obvious clinical effect. It can be used as one of the best way to treat the pediatric peptic ulcer.
