Evaluation the clinical value of serum homocysteine in 2 type diabetes with cerebral infarction

Objection Evaluating the clinical value of Hcy in 2 type diabetes patients with and without cerebral infarction.Methods serum Hcy were detected in 33 2 type diabetes patients with cerebral infarction and 34 patients without cerebral infarction.51 healthy were as control.Result the serum Hcy of 2 type diabetes patients with cerebral infarction was obviously higher than that of without cerebral infarction and controls,The patients with higher serum Hcy level in cerebral infarction patients were much more than that controls also.Conclusion Detecting the serum Hcy in 2 type diabetes patients would be helpful to anticipate the risk of occurrance of cerebral infarction complications.
