Abstract
Objective To explore the current situation and influence factors of hand hygiene in clinical staff. Methods Random sampling was applied to evaluate and analysis the compliance, qualified rate and influence factors of medical staff's hand hygiene. Results The compliance rate and qualified rate of hand hygiene were 62.5% and 91.3%,respectively,This difference was analyzed to be affected significantly by the occupational difference, training programs and regional distribution of hospital.Hand hygiene was better in nurses than in doctors(χ2 =12.45,P0.01).The qualified rate of hand hygiene was higher in classⅡarea of hospital than in class Ⅲ area(χ2=9.80,P0.01).The trained staff had better hand hygiene than the non-trained staff(χ2=44.83,P0.01).Conclusion The emphasis should be pay on the learning of related hand hygiene knowledge and try to raise the clinical staff's compliance rate and qualified rate,at the same time,to reduce the incidence of hospital infection.
