Combined with the actual practice of our institute,elaborates the need of higher mathematics teaching reform in detail.Discusses the optimization of the teaching content,training of the students' applied mathematics awareness and ability,improvement of teaching methods and means,and how to promote the reform to improve the quality of students in mathematics,etc.
