Abstract

Objective:To analyze the clinical treatment efficacy of Erxian Decoction and Ganmai Dazao Decoction for the patients with perimenopausal syndrome, and to provide basis for clinical control.Methods:60 patients with perimenopausal syndrome who were selected during January 2011 to December 2012 in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 30 cases. The treatment group adopted Erxian Decoction and Ganmai Dazao Decoction, and the control group used nilestriol. We observed the efficacy and symptoms of two groups. Results:The total efficiencies of the treatment group and the control group were 86.67%(26 /30) and 73.33%(22 /30) respectively, and the difference was significant(P 0.05).The recovery rate of treatment group was 63.33%(19 /30),higher than that of the control group 3.33%(22 /30)(P 0.05).The void rate of treatment group was 13.33%(4 /30),lower than that of the control group 26.67%(8 /30)(P 0.05).After treatment, clinical symptoms scores of treatment group and control group were lower than those of pre-treatment,and the differences were significant(P 0.05).After treatment, the total score of the treatment group was 3.08 ± 1.12,lower than that of the control group after treatment 3.23 ± 1.15(P 0.05).The sweating, hectic fever, repeated vaginitis and urinary tract infection of the treatment group after treatment were lower than those of control group, and the difference was significant(P 0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Erxian Decoction and Ganmai Dazao Decoction for perimenopausal syndrome has better efficacy.
