Clinical effect observation of Ganmai dazao decoction combined with Tianwang buxin dan in the treatment of mammary cancer class perimenopausal syndrome

Objective To observe clinical effect of Ganmai dazao decoction combined with Tianwang buxin dan in the treatment of mammary cancer class perimenopausal syndrome. Methods 72 cases of patients with mammary cancer class perimenopausal syndrome in our department were selected and randomly divided into Ganmai dazao decoction combined with Tianwang buxin dan treatment group(observation group)and endocrine basical treatment group(control group).The syndrome score,quality of life score,E2 and FSH level in two groups was observed respectively,and safety evaluation was implemented. Results Before treatment,related index in two groups was compared,with no statistical difference(P0.05).After treatment,syndrome score,FSH level in observation group was lower than that in control group respectively,quality of life score and E2 level in observation group was higher than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference(P0.05). Patients of two groups didn′ t occurred abnormality and adverse reaction. Conclusion Ganmai dazao decoction combined with Tianwang buxin dan in the treatment of mammary cancer class perimenopausal syndrome can obviously improve patients′ syndrome and hormone level,and have higher safety.
