Analysis on the reasons causing shortage of water resources in Deyang

Based on distribution feature and utilization status of water resources in Deyang,this paper analyzed the basic water resources shortage types,such as the shortage of water resources,less irrigation projects,poor management,and water pollution,and the reasons causing water resources shortage that is a result impacted jointly by both natural factors and artificial ones.The fundamental way to overcome the water shortage caused by water resources distribution is to saving water and building water conservancy project.To establish the water control and storage project within the region,and the improvement project in irrigation districts is the keystone to solve water shortage caused by project and facilities.The water shortage caused by poor management can be set about the water resources in region united allocation and scientific management.It is necessary to pay attention to prevent the water pollution to aggravate and spread.
