Study on Water Resources Utilization in Water Shortage Cities

The water resources in China is not only poor,but also seriously polluted.According to statistics,nearly 400 cities in more than 700 cities of the whole coutry are lack of water or severe water shortage.Most of them is concentrated in the north and northwest China's arid and semi arid areas.In order to solve the water resources shortage,the development of unconventional water resources becomes an important way.Therefore,taking the utilization planning of water resources in Baoding City for example,the conditions of water resources utilization in water shortage cities are discussed here in detail.
