Legal Countermeasures to the Water Shortage Problem in Shanxi Province

As an essential matter to the human life,water has become the scarcity resources and water shortage problem gets more and more serious at home and abroad.Among the water shortage provinces in our country,the water shortage condition in Shanxi province is the most grievous.According to reviewing the water shortage condition and analyzing the reasons caused this problem,this paper put forward several legal Countermeasures to settle those problems,which includes carrying out the water –saving policy,water price trade,environmental impact assessment for water and implement the water saving and protecting Strategy so as to relieve the water shortage crisis in Shanxi province.
