Abstract
[Objective] To study the effects of Flurbiprofen Axetil administration on postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.[Methods] Thirty patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into two groups:group A(control,n =15)received 2 mL 0.9% NS and grorp B(n =15)received Flurbiprofen Axetil 50 mg after operation.Postoperative pain was assessed by visual analogue scale(VAS).Side effects was also observed.[Results] The VAS Value decreased significantly in group B comparing with the Group A(P 0.01).[Conclusion] Flurbiprofen Axetil administered after operation may relieve postoperative pain in patients undergoing LC with a little side-effect.
