Abstract
Objective: To evaluate post-surgical pain relief of Flurbiprofen axetil in laparoscopic operation. Methods: Sixty patients undergoing laparoscopic operation were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in experimental group received Tramatol 100 mg and Flurbiprofen axetil 100 mg. Patients in control group received Tramadol 100 mg. Both groups were intravenous administered thirty minutes before the end of surgery. The analgesic effect was assessed by visual analog scale (VAS). Results: The VAS in experimental group was significantly less than that in control group(P0.05). In experimental group, 6 cases (20%) of throat pain was significantly lower than 18 cases (60%) in control group. Conclusion: Flurbiprofen axetil can effectively relieve laparoscopic post-surgical pain and pain of the throat.
