Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of Flurbiprofen axetil in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods: Forty patients scheduled for LC with intravenous evoflurane anesthesia were randomly assigned to 2 groups: Flurbiprofen axetil group(group A,n=20),comparison(group B,n=20).Before the analgesic induction and 15 minutes before the end of surgery, patients in group A were intravenously injected with Flurbiprofen axetil 1mg/kg nespectively.VAS scores at the end of surgery and 1,6,12,24hours,After surgery were recorded individually. The incidence rate of restless, ausea and vomiting after surgery were recorded. Results: The incidence rate of pain in group A were significantly lower than that in group B(P0.05).The incidence rate of nausea and vomiting in group A were significantly lower compared with group B(P0.05).Conclusion: Flurbiprofen axetil can reduce the adverse reactions, such as spain nausea and vomiting in patients undergoing LC.
