Approach of Enterprise Trade Union's Establishing Harmonious Labor Relations

Establishing harmonious labor relations is a key subject and a realistic task in the current construction of harmonious enterprises and society.In order to promote the establishment of new harmonious labor relations,an enterprise trade union must begin with its own nature and basic responsibilities,try to adapt to complicated enterprise conflicts and promote the realization of win-win labor and capital.At the same time,it must give gull play to the four respects including advocating and organizing,bond and bridge,communicating and negotiating,inspecting and promoting.Also,it must establish and perfect the four mechanisms of source participation,coordination and handle,help and succor,and legal aid.
