Harmonious labor relations are the basis for building a harmonious society,the current labor relations in our country become more diverse and show the multilevel nature of labor relations,a number of private enterprises even employed indiscriminately,and there are a variety of employment forms.For building harmonious labor relations,several aspects should be paid attention to: transform government functions further,improve the capacity of building harmonious and stable labor relations;set up and perfect enterprise management system,and promote the formation of a new type of labor relations;strengthening the role of trade union organizations,to make it become the backbone of promoting of harmonious labor relations and stable society;improve their own quality of workers to make a solid and harmonious labor relations.
