Abstract
The labor relationship is basic in an enterprise.It is of great importance to develop the harmonious labor relationship for the establishment of a harmonious enterprise.In order to establish the harmonious enterprise and bring into full play the initiative of workers,trade union organization should safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of laborers in accordance with the law,and improve the work method.
