OBJECTIVE: To investigate the status and variation tendency of utilization of narcotic analgesics so as to provide references for clinical rational use of this kind of drugs.METHODS: The narcotic analgesics used in our hospital from 2007 to 2009 were analyzed statistically in respect of consumption sum,DDDs and DDC etc.RESULTS: Over the 3 years,both the consumption sum and DDDs of narcotic analgesics increased year by year.The consumption quantity of Morphine controlled release tablets,Codeine Phosphate tablets,Bucinnazine Hydrochloride tablets,Remifentanil Hydrochloride for Injection and Sufentanil Citrate increased significantly.CONCLUSION: The utilization of narcotic analgesics in our hospital was basically rational.
