Abstract

Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect of Chailing decoction combined with Jinchan Bushen decoction in the treatment of chronic interstitial nephritis. Methods Selecting 78 cases of patients with chronic interstitial nephritis from February2013 to February 2015, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 39 cases in each group. The con-trol group was treated with losartan tablets. The observation group was treated by Chailing decoction combined with Jinchan Bushen decoction. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group P 0.05. Before treatment, 24 hours urinary protein quantitative detection value of the two groups had no obvious difference P 0.05. After treatment, the 24 hours urinary protein quantitative detection value of the observation group was lower than that of the control group P 0.05. Conclusion Chailing decoction combined with Jinchan Bushen decoction in the treat-ment of chronic interstitial nephritis can reduce the degree of renal tubular interstitial injury, slow the progression of patients, and has an important role in improving the therapeutic effect and the quality of life of patients.
