Clinical observation of early diabetic nephropathy treated with Yiqi Zhuxian oral liquid

Objective To observe the effect of early diabetic nephropathy(DN) treated with Yiqi Zhuxian oral liquid.Methods 80 patients with early DN were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in two groups were treated by diet,exercise therapy and conventional therapy to control blood sugar.Control group received Benazepril hydrochloride tablets.Treatment group received combination of Yiqi Zhuxian oral liquid and Benazepril hydrochloride tablets.The therapeutic course was a month in two groups.The changes of FPG,2 h PG,HbAlc,TC,TG,Whole blood viscosity,hematocrit and UAER before treatment and after three courses were measured.Clinical effect and adverse reaction were analyzed.Results The total effective rate in treatment group(88.09%) was superior to that in control group(68.42%,P0.05).The indicators after treatment in treatment group were significantly decreased as compared with those before treatment(P0.01).And the indicators in treatment group were decreased in comparison with those in control group after treatment(P0.05).FPG and UARE after treatment was decreased in comparison with those before treatment in control group(P0.01).There were no serious adverse reactions in two groups.Conclusion Yiqi Zhuxian oral liquid can decrease high-coagulation,high-viscosity state of blood in patients with DN,improve glomerular circulation and hypoxia and protect blood vessel endothelium,has definite effect.
