Abstract
The effects of Cd2+ in different concentrations(0,15,30,50,70,100 mg/L) on the activity of SOD、POD、CAT and the content of MDA in maize roots were studied.The results showed that the lower concentration of Cd2+ increased the activity of SOD、POD and CAT,but when the concentration of Cd2+ was higher,the activities of SOD 、POD and CAT decreased to different extent.The content of MDA was related to the concentration of Cd2+,and it increased as Cd2+ concentration increased in maize roots.
