Abstract

Effect of different concentrations of Cr3+ on antioxidant enzyme systems(SOD,POD,CAT) and MDA were studied under laboratory conditions.The results showed that the activities of SOD,CAT and POD increased under low concentration of Cr3+ but decreased under high concentration.The activities of SOD and POD all had a resistant peak at 80 mg/L Cr3+,and CAT reached the highest point at 160 mg/L Cr3+.The content of MDA tended to increase with the Cd3+ increasing and increased fast followed by slow.
