Some Opinions on the Construction of Teacher’s Evaluation System in Local College

Several problems like misorientation,Pharisaism,unilateral unalterable contents are existing in the Teacher’s Evaluation at present.Aiming at these problems,we should combine the orientation of college-set-ting up in the designing for teacher’s evaluation system,make sure evaluation principle,standardize evaluation contents,confirm multiple subjects for evaluation,balance developing evaluation and punishment evaluation,make full use of the result of evaluation.This article also considers about concrete evaluation criterion,matching management system and dynamic evaluation construction in teacher’s evaluation system.
