Abstract
Teacher's performance is a policy which carried out in our county in recent years.Though it is paid attention by schools,but execution is not very effective.The evaluation places extra emphasis on teachers knowing development direction better.The appraisal places extra emphasis on conclusion.Let evaluation based on appraisal which is a method can access teaching result,as same time it can indicate teacher's development direction.So performance evaluation in foundation education,and how to combine teacher evaluation and appraisal is worth research.We propose the Five add Two evaluation mode in this paper,to access teacher's working in way of step evaluation.It can make evaluation more effective.
