An Analysis of Problems in College Teacher Evaluation System and the study of countermeasures

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the problems in present college evaluation system,and according to the timeliness of effective operation of college teacher evaluation mechanism in practice,the paper gradually argues and explores the importance and effectiveness of evaluation mechanism reform in the current situation.Meanwhile,some normative goals of college teacher evaluation system are put forward by listing methods of performance evaluation.
