Abstract
Analyzing the main issues of teaching evaluation,this paper attempts to propose concrete counter measures in teachers' universities,and erect the concept of developmental evaluation goal.It also proposes to construct a reasonable system of evaluation index, coordinate types of evaluation styles and perfect the evaluation of putting it into practice.
