Abstract
Objective To compare the biopsy by colposcopy and loop electrical excision procedure(LEEP) for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, and to explore the value in the diagnosis and treatment.Method Biopsy by colposcopy and biopsy after LEEP were analyzed retrospectively in 155 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, and to study the differences of pathological diagnosis results. Results Coincidence rate of pathological results CIN I,CIN II,CIN III between cervical biopsy by colposcopy and LEEP was 46.3%,70.8%,82.5%,respectively,and the total coincidence rate was 63.2%,25 cases upgraded(16.1%),32 cases downgraded(20.6%),the missed diagnosis rate of cervical cancer was 3.2%.Conclusion Cervical biopsy by colposcopy is a simple, effective method in the diagnosis of CIN,but there are some limitations.LEEP plays a diagnostic and therapeutic role based on the biopsy by colposcopy, and can compensate the deficiency of biopsy by colposcopy.
