Abstract
Objective: To discuss the value of colposcopy and biopsy combined with loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP) on diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Methods: Selected 76 cases with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia undergoing more biopsy via colposcopy and LEEP.All acquired tissue send for pathological diagnosis.Observe the intraoperative, postoperative conditions and effects. Results: The average operative time was 6.37 ± 3.8min of LEEP with less blood loss.Comparing of their pathological diagnosis, detection rate of CINI via biopsy under colposcopy is higher than via LEEP,but lower detection rate of CINⅢ.But the difference was not statistically significantly(P 0.05).Conclusion: Conclusions: Based on colposcopy and biopsy results, targeted use of LEEP,was effective means to diagnose and treat cervical lesions, with high clinical value.
