In the past 100 years,China has experienced tremendous changes in the fields of politics,economics and culture.With the enhancement of China's power,the public health and fitness concepts have also undergone great changes.China is on her way to be one of the world sports powers.As an important way of spreading sports culture,sports media plays an irreplaceable role in the development of sport in China.The Sports World is the first sports journal in China.The principles,articles,arrangement and design of its First Issue is worthy of appreciation and research,which are valuable for understanding the history of sports journals in China and the social status at particular time and are helpful for the sports culture spreading in China.
