Abstract
Since the 1980s, the rapid development of information, communication and international network has led to a substantial revolution in the survival, storage, acquisition and use of knowledge. Such knowledge revolution has undoubtedly exerted an enormous influence on China's sports and its sports history. This paper, by means of literature, induction and deduction, analyzes the characteristics of the sports history in the new time, attempting to find out gains and losses of China's sports and sum up experience so as to adapt China's sports to the development of the new era.
