Abstract
The new cast Al alloy with high strength was researched,its heat treatment process were studied.The results show that the best heat treatment process of the alloy is solution treatment at 515 ℃for 10 h,then water quenching,aging at 160 ℃for 4 h.Under the condition of heat treatment process,the new Al alloy has the best mechanical properties:Rm≥380 MPa,δ≥6%。
