Abstract
Effects of heat treatment on high-temperature mechanical properties of modified cast Al-Si alloy were investigated.Heat treatment process for modified cast Al-Si alloy is(495±3) ℃× 5 h solution treatment,(165±3) ℃× 6 h aging treatment. The results of the study show that, after heat treatment, improved material organization becomes fine, and the matrix structures are spheroidize.Precipitation phase Al2Cu,Al6Cu3N,AlxCuCe which improve the alloy high-temperature properties are small and disperse.
